Mindy Sand hand paints functional glassware that can be used, washed, and used again.  Lake Erie Artists Gallery carries Mindy's most popular design, party style, in several shapes, and from time to time we also stock other designs like the block design.  We always have round and tall wine glasses in stock, and often have other pieces--cake plates, pitchers, mugs, bowls, and plates.

"My glassware is colorful and fun.  Each piece is hand painted using glazes that are fired at a low temperature.  For me painting on glass is like a watercolor artist painting on a canvas. 

My style is contemporary, using lines, patterns, and colors.  I create playful and functional pieces of art that make you smile.  My glassware makes a unique gift and creates a presentation that makes every dish taste better. . .especially martinis!" says Mindy.
