Ah, these sound like great coloring book choices. I like Sarah’s positivity. It’s easy for me to relax when I’m coloring and doing puzzles.
I have yet to try adult coloring books but this sounds very inspiration. I love inspirational books a lot.

These are really pretty! I like the Ultimate Art Therapy the best. One of my methods for recentering myself is to color. I’ll look for these next time I need a new book!
